Digital Advertisement-Only Package — $150

Promote your business, organization, event, or special message during Blazers & Bubbly: A Black & Gold Experience. This advertisement-only package includes one digital advertisement displayed on event screens in rotation throughout the four-hour Black & Gold experience.

Package Includes:

• One full-screen digital advertisement
• Rotating display during the four-hour event
• Opportunity for businesses, organizations, and individuals to promote a business, event, service, congratulatory message, or other approved content

Advertisement Submission:
Upon completion of payment, please email your completed advertisement to PalmBeachAlphas@gmail.com. Please include “Black & Gold Digital Advertisement” in the subject line and include the purchaser’s name or business/organization name in the email. Advertisements should be submitted in a high-resolution digital format suitable for display on event screens.

Submission Deadline: All advertisements must be received no later than Friday, October 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., 48 hours before the event. Advertisements received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed inclusion in the event’s digital advertising rotation.

All advertisements are subject to review and approval by the Delta Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the Alpha Educational Foundation. The Chapter and Foundation reserve the right to reject any advertisement that is inconsistent with the principles, mission, or standards of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; inconsistent with applicable requirements governing a 501(c)(3) charitable organization; or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the executive leadership of the Chapter and Foundation.
