Through a dynamic approach, we&rsquo;ll connect the mind and body, foster collaboration, and learn to create unique shapes and movements through exploration. This class is about pushing boundaries and discovering new ways to express ourselves through improvisational dance. Above all else, HAVE FUN! Intermediate Contemporary FloorworkThis 90-minute class focuses on breaking down complex movement patterns to increase access to spinal mobility, fluidity, and seamless transitions into higher-impact movement. We begin with a Pilates inspired warm up designed to both mobilize and stabilize the joints through deep core activation. Across the floor sequences will emphasize transitions between movements, gradually building toward more physically demanding and intricate patterns. The class culminates in an extended phrase that integrates the movement concepts and principles explored throughout class. Socks and kneepads optional. Lets move and flow together!
