Dust off your boots, add a little bling, and join Hold Your Horses Livestock Emergency Evacuation Response Team & Rescue for our 8th Annual Boots & Bling, It’s a Cowboy Thing! 📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026 📍 Alamillo Ranch | Brentwood, California 🕔 Doors Open at 5:00 PM Boots & Bling is our biggest fundraiser of the year—and one of our favorite nights! Join us for a beautiful evening at Alamillo Ranch featuring dinner by Brentwood Fine Meats, music by CC Entertainment Events, an incredible silent auction, drinks, fun, and plenty of cowboy spirit. (This is a 21+ event!) But Boots & Bling is about much more than one great night.Your night out helps us answer the next call. ❤️ Hold Your Horses is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit livestock emergency evacuation response team and animal rescue serving animals and their owners throughout our community. When wildfires threaten homes and livestock need to be evacuated, our team responds. When an animal is found neglected, abused, abandoned, or in desperate need of help, we step in. When an owner experiencing hardship is faced with choosing between their own necessities and feeding or caring for their animals, we work to provide resources that can help keep those animals safely with the families who love them. And when an animal desperately needs veterinary care that otherwise may not be possible, HYH has been able to help there, too. We can do those things because of you. The funds raised through Boots & Bling help HYH provide emergency livestock evacuation and disaster response, feed and supplies for animals affected by fires and other emergencies, owner-assistance resources, veterinary and medical assistance, rescue and rehabilitation for abused and neglected animals, foster and sanctuary care, and the equipment and supplies our team needs to respond when the next emergency call comes in. That support also allowed our team to step up during a major animal abuse investigation, where HYH helped safely transport more than 60 horses as part of the response. Moving that many animals safely requires an enormous amount of coordination, equipment, fuel, trailers, experienced volunteers, and resources—and it is exactly the kind of situation your support helps prepare us for. Whether we are responding for one animal or more than 60, our goal remains the same: when animals need help, we want to have the people, equipment, and resources necessary to say, “Yes—we can help.” That is the impact of Boots & Bling, and it lasts long after the tables are cleared and the music stops. Because of the incredible support we received at last year's Boots & Bling, HYH has been able to assist with numerous abuse and neglect cases, provide resources to owners and animals in need, help fund veterinary treatment for animals requiring medical assistance, and continue being there when our community calls. So come have some fun while doing a whole lot of good. 🐴❤️ Buy a ticket. Bring your friends. Bid a little too much on that silent auction item you definitely need. 😉 Enjoy a fantastic dinner, raise a glass, hit the dance floor, and know that simply by being there, you are helping us save animals and support the people who love them. Every ticket purchased, every auction bid, every donated item, and every sponsorship gives HYH more resources to respond when an animal needs us.Sometimes that means loading trailers and heading toward a wildfire. Sometimes it means filling an empty feed bin. Sometimes it means getting an injured or neglected animal the veterinary care it desperately needs. Sometimes it means giving an animal a safe place to land. And sometimes it means giving an overwhelmed owner just enough help to keep a beloved animal at home. That is what Boots & Bling makes possible. Grab your boots, bring your bling, and join us for an unforgettable evening at Alamillo Ranch. 🤠 Great Food. Great Music. Great People. One Incredible Cause. Together, we can make sure HYH is ready to answer the next call—and help ONE MORE LIFE. ❤️🐴
