Guided by spring’s medicine and wild herbs, we’ll open a sacred space to detox the body and soul. We’ll immerse ourselves in wild foraging, barefoot walking (earthing), emotional healing, and herbal alchemy. ✨ We’ll begin by drinking ceremonial cacao, awakening the heart and setting intention.🌿 We’ll walk barefoot, mindfully foraging wild detox herbs (like dandelion, nettle, plantain or purslane).🌀 We’ll move through gentle emotional release techniques and conscious breathing.🍵 We’ll close by preparing and sharing a collective medicinal tea in the embrace of nature. “Each leaf carries a memory.Each infusion, a medicine.The Earth cleanses, holds, and returns us to center.” ⸻ 🌼 Workshop includes:    •    Ceremonial cacao to open the space    •    Conscious wild foraging & herbal identification    •    Emotional release practices (EFT/Tapping or bioenergetics)    •    Collective preparation of herbal infusion    •    Ritual of intention and emotional detox    •    Closing circle in nature ⸻ 🧺 What to bring:    •    Comfortable, natural clothing 🌞    •    Personal mug or cup 🍵    •    Water bottle    •    Notebook or journal    •    Towel or mat to sit on    •    An open heart and the will to connect to the Earth 💚 ⸻ 🌿 Limited Spots Available To keep the experience intimate and sacred, we’ll gather 8–15 people. 🎟️ Contribution: 📩 Sign up or ask questions: [Instagram, WhatsApp or email]
