Belong. is a small, guided workshop that invites you to slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect through quiet grooming alongside a calm horse.No horse experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just a gentle, held space to arrive and exhale. What you&#39;ll experience:🔸 The steady rhythm of brushing🔸 A horse&#39;s calm, responsive presence🔸 Your own breath and body settling Who this is for:You might love this if you feel busy or stretched thin, prefer non-verbal ways of grounding, or are simply curious about hands-on mindfulness. You don&#39;t need confidence &mdash; just a willingness to arrive as you are. How it unfolds:We begin with a brief orientation, then you&#39;ll spend time grooming a horse at a slow, attentive pace &mdash; with guidance available whenever you need it. There&#39;s no pressure to &quot;do it right,&quot; no expectation to share, and no outcome to achieve. Take breaks, observe quietly, or engage fully &mdash; whatever feels right. What to bring:🔸 Comfortable clothes suitable for a ranch🔸 Closed-toe shoes🔸 Anything that helps you feel settled(We&#39;ll provide grooming tools and everything else you need.) Arrival note:Gates open at 4:45 pm. The ranch gates remain closed until then &mdash; parking is not available before that time.
