Participation Requirements<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Your child must be enrolled in a Stower&rsquo;s Elementary Mandarin Immersion class.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Families must maintain an annual membership with SEEF to participate. &nbsp;Membership provides access to our programs and it is tax-deductible.</li></ul>Frequently Asked Questions Is tutoring fee tax-deductible? &nbsp;No. the tutoring program fee is considered a service cost and is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Will tutoring be offered every school day? &nbsp;No. Tutoring sessions will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays only. &nbsp;There will be no tutoring sessions on Wednesdays and/or Fridays.
