Gumptious Works Co. and Outdoorsmen for Christ are teaming up for Brisket & Brotherhood, a weekend of food, fellowship, and worship benefiting Kaydon and his family.

Saturday kicks things off with a hands-on brisket smoking clinic led by Gumption Chef!

Learn how to prepare, trim, season, and smoke a whole brisket using traditional wood-fired and pellet smokers. We'll cover fire management, smoking techniques, wrapping, resting, and slicing.

Participants will help prepare the brisket served at Sunday's benefit dinner. After the clinic, you're invited to camp overnight, tend the fire, and enjoy fellowship with other men.

Benefit Brisket Dinner & Outdoor Worship Concert

Gumptious Works Co. and Outdoorsmen for Christ are teaming up for Brisket & Brotherhood, a weekend of food, fellowship, and worship benefiting Kaydon and his family.

Sunday evening, we're bringing everyone together for a smoked brisket dinner prepared by Gumption Chef, followed by an outdoor worship concert around the bonfires.

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Enjoy a Gumption Chef smoked brisket dinner featuring:

• Slow-Smoked Beef Brisket – Prepared during Saturday's hands-on brisket clinic and overnight cook.
• Gumption Queso Mac – Macaroni covered in our signature creamy queso.
• Tallow Wedged Fries – Fresh-cut potato wedges fried in beef tallow.
• BBQ Baked Beans – A classic BBQ side to round out the meal.

5:30 PM: Benefit brisket dinner begins

7:00–8:00 PM: Outdoor worship concert

The worship concert is FREE and open to everyone, whether or not you participate in dinner.
