Bruh&#39;s Brotherhood Cohort is built around personal growth, accountability, wellness, and genuine connection. &nbsp;BRUH members participate in structured opportunities to move, talk, reflect, connect, and support one another. As a member, you&rsquo;ll get access to small-group check‑ins, real conversations, and tools to look after your mind, not just &ldquo;push through.&rdquo;&nbsp; By joining, you&rsquo;re committing to the following: ✓ 1 Scheduled, guided workout ✓ Setting a goal&nbsp; ✓ Meet with your other cohort team members monthly ✓ 1 Participate in another wellness activity (i.e. Therapeutic session, ✓&nbsp; Accountability and goal support ✓ Access to selected BRUH resources ✓ Opportunities to build real relationships Active BRUH Cohort members receive one complimentary wellness benefit each month.The benefit may be used toward one eligible Boxing or Strength and Physical Training session.
