Join us for brunch and conversation!&nbsp;If you are considering making a donation or you are interested in helping us identify donors, we welcome you meet Here to Stay Homeowners, learn about their journey to homeownership!&nbsp;The Here to Stay Community Land Trust gives qualifying low to moderate income families the opportunity to become homeowners. A first time homeowner purchases a permanently affordable home and leases the land from the land trust.&nbsp;Here to Stay is a non-profit organization focused on acquiring and selling homes in Chicago&rsquo;s Logan Square, Avondale, Humboldt Park and Hermosa neighborhoods. Longtime residents in this area have been and continue to be displaced due to rising property values, increased rents, and new development making it unaffordable to stay where they have roots.
