Building Foundations of CaregivingA Free Community Education Program Presented by the Alzheimer&rsquo;s Association&reg; Thursday, October 22, 2026 | 6:00 PM Holden Rehabilitation &amp; Skilled Nursing Center 32 Mayo Drive, Holden, MA 01520 The Oriol Foundation is proud to welcome the Alzheimer&rsquo;s Association&reg; for Building Foundations of Caregiving, a free educational program for caregivers, family members and anyone interested in learning more about caring for someone living with dementia. Caring for someone with dementia comes with a lot to learn. Changes in communication, mood and behavior, along with resistance to care and the everyday demands of caregiving, can leave caregivers unsure of how best to respond. Building Foundations of Caregiving, part of the Alzheimer&rsquo;s Association Empowered Caregiver series, explores the caregiver role and provides practical strategies to help caregivers feel more prepared and supported.
