Help with signage, raffle and live auction displays, sponsor tables, check-in setup, beverage stations and final event setup before doors open.

Help direct traffic, assist with accessible drop-off and guide guests as they arrive.

Greet guests, answer basic questions and help direct people to seating, raffles, the bar and other event areas.

Help sell raffle tickets, answer questions, encourage participation and assist with the raffle drawing process.

Help monitor tea, lemonade and water stations, assist with dinner cleanup and support the caterer as needed.

Help record winning bids, assist with checkout and help make sure auction items are released to the correct winners.

Be available to step in wherever help is needed throughout the evening.

Help pack event supplies, remove signage and displays, clean event areas and load items out at the end of the night.
