Membership Information and Practice Session Rules/Regulations

1. The membership fee is a one time charge of $150/member

2. This membership applies within the term of January 1, 2027- December 31, 2027.

3. Members must be above the legal age of 18.

4. You must be a paid BCSC member to reserve the arena for practice sessions.

5. Members must sign the “WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT” PRIOR to reserving the arena.

6. Practice sessions are Monday-Thursday in 3 hour time increments from 8 am-11pm (8am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm, 8pm-11pm)

7. If no event is scheduled for Friday-Sunday, the arena will be available for practice sessions during the same time increments as above.

8. Practice sessions are $20/session.

9. The light charge of $30/session applies if arena lights are utilized at any time during the session.

10. Members are not allowed to reserve the arena more than 3 times/week.

11. Members are allowed 1 back to back session/week, (6 hour time block)

12. Practice sessions can only be reserved 2 weeks in advance.

13. Members may allow members or non-member riders/participants to join their practice session as guests. The fee for each guest riding/participating in another member's practice session is $10 per rider/participant. The member reserving the session is responsible for non-member riders/participants paying. All non-member riders/participants utilizing the arena during a members practice session must sign the “WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT” waiver PRIOR to using the arena. The member reserving the session is responsible for non-member riders/participants signing this waiver. Leave money and liability form(s) in the black lock box under stairs.

14. Members are only allowed to reserve practice sessions through the Sign Up Genius access given to them.

15. BCSC implements a “3 strike” system for the reserving of practice sessions. If any member breaks or abuses these rules 3 times, the BCSC holds the right to review this person's membership. BCSC also holds the right to strip this person of their membership, said member will forfeit their membership fee and any practice session fees.

16. BCSC holds the right to invoice any member who has not paid their practice fees or non-member fees. If invoice has not been paid within 2 weeks from date of invoice, the member runs the risk of being stripped of their membership and can potentially forfeit any and all paid fees.

17. If a member chooses to cancel a practice session after already paying their practice session fee, the member will forfeit their practice session fee and any transaction fees. All sales are final and BCSC will not give refunds for any member's decision to cancel at any time.

18. Members will only be allowed to pay for practice sessions via the Sign Up Genius access given to them. If you need to pay for non-member riders/participants then that can be

19. Members will only be able to pay for practice sessions via Sign Up Genius. Sign Up Genius charges a service fee equal to 5% of the total amount plus $0.50 transaction fee. Members will be responsible for any charges while using the Sign Up Genius payment method.

20. Only the household family of the member (spouse, children under 18 years old,and residents of the household under the age of 18) are eligible to ride free of charge during members practice sessions.

22. BCSC has the right to change these rules at any given time. If a change is made to this agreement then all members will be notified (via text or email) no more than 3 days after the change. BCSC reserves the right to add additional restrictions and may membership for any reason at its own discretion.

23. BCSC holds the right to revoke membership at any time without notice at the sole discretion of BCSC.

24. BCSC holds the right to refuse any person the opportunity to become a member.

25. Members must sign and agree to these rules and regulations PRIOR to reserving the arena for practice sessions. By signing you have read and agreed to all rules set forth in this document.

26. Members are to leave the arena and grounds as they found it and ready for the next practice session. With the exclusion of dragging the arena.

27. The grounds keeper of BCSC has the right to tell any person(s) on BCSC grounds to leave if they are breaking or abusing any of these rules.
