After walking or biking back from the beach, relax in one of 2 living rooms - the second living space features a gas log fireplace with cute built-in window seating, another dining table, two futons for extra guests sleeping over, or simply for an awesome game and playroom. Or gather around the kitchen - between the dining table and the island bar, you can comfortably seat 10-12 people. The large master suite is a place for rest and replenishment - enjoy the walk-in tile shower! The second and third bedrooms are fabulous too and share the other beautiful bathroom in the home. Outdoor living continues into the fenced-in backyard with a huge ground-level deck perfect for relaxing in the hammock, listening to waves crash, entertaining, sunbathing, or just letting the kids run around. We are pet-friendly and allow up to 2 pets of any size. Dogs must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on the furniture. A large crate is provided in the master bedroom. Located on SE 29th St, the house is two blocks from the scenic walkway leading to the beach or kayak launch.
