Kicks For Kids Nebraska would like to invite you back to participate in our 5K run / walk sponsored by Pinnacle Bank. We have two participation options to accommodate everyone. 1) Adult with Wine. 2) Child or Adult without wine. If you are unable to participate on the day of the event, you can pick up wine, medals, and T-shirts at James Arthur at any time by showing their registration after the event. In-Person participants will be issued their wine, medals, at T-shirts on the day of the event.

It's easy for many of us to take a trusty pair of shoes for granted. Kicks for Kids Nebraska strive to ensure that no child has to sit out of recess because they're embarrassed about their shoes, walk to school in shoes not suitable for the weather, or wear shoes that are too small or too big.

Kicks for Kids got started back in 2011 with the modest goal to provide a new pair of shoes to Belmont Elementary students in need of serviceable footwear. They estimated 100 pairs might be needed but soon learned that "The money came in and 3 more schools were added that year.” Fast forward to the present and this coming school year and it looks like Kicks for Kids will donate about $30,000 worth of shoes to students in elementary schools in and around the Lincoln area.
