NATIONAL SIAMESE CAT SHOWContract for Show Vending Show Dates and Times:  Saturday, July 6 & Sunday, July 7, 2024Advertised Hours – 9am to 4pm both daysLocation: Sweden Clarkson Recreation Center, 4927 Lake Road S., Brockport, NY  Application and payment MUST be received by MONDAY June 24, 2024!   Late applications will not be accepted.  Vendor space is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis, with previous vendors having first priority.  National Siamese Cat Club (“Club”) reserves the right to close show to vendors prior to June 24, 2024.  Vendors must be set up by open of the show at 9am.   Late set up is prohibited.  Set up will be available on Friday, July 5.   Time will be confirmed closer to show. Club shall provide space for the use of Vendor as outlined above.  Vendor agrees to pay the above-stated Total Fees at time of application.   Sale of animals at the vending space is prohibited. Should Club fail to hold the show as provided in this agreement, or to furnish to Vendor the space described in this agreement, it shall promptly refund to Vendor all sums paid under this agreement, and such refund shall be accepted by Vendor in full settlement of all loss or damage suffered by Vendor on account of such failure to hold the show. Vendor is responsible for the safeguarding of his or her goods from the time they are placed in his or her booth until they are removed by the vendor. Club will not be responsible for, or guarantee to vendor, the safety of exhibit material against fire, accident, theft, or any loss or injury whatsoever. It is agreed that Vendor shall assume all liability for damage to the show hall caused by his or her exhibit and shall indemnify Club from and against any liability that might ensue by reason of his or her exhibit or presence at the show. ..
