The Austin Blacks Rugby Club is excited to invite current, former & future players, families and fans to join us for the 2023 Hall of Fame Weekend August 18-20, 2023 in Austin, TX!

ARC can't wait to honor and celebrate the achievements of our 2023 Hall of Fame inductees! Additionally, we will be celebrating the success of our D1 & D3 Championship teams and raising money for the upcoming season (AKA our quest to be B2B Champions!). 

Help us continue to be the best club in the country! We are raising money to improve our fields, get new stadium lights and bleachers for our amazing fans. We're also aiming to launch our youth program in the coming year. All donations - big or small - are appreciated and tax deductible! Donation receipts will be sent to the email you provide during checkout. 

Please note: several of our events have limited seating so we encourage you to purchase tickets at your earliest convenience before they run out! 

Weekend Agenda

Note: All events are family friendly but tickets are required for both children and adults unless otherwise indicated.

Friday, August 18th:

4:00-7:00 pm: Welcome Happy Hour at Burr Field

• Join us to kick off Hall of Fame weekend. We will be unveiling the Championship trophies and have drinks and appetizers.
• Families welcome! We will have a juice box bar for the kiddos!
• Introducing ARC's 1st Annual Beer Club: For $350, you will receive your 2023-2024 Beer Club pass, with a custom mug. Bring your mug to all home matches and club events to receive unlimited beer refills through next year's Championships!
  • Proceeds from the 2023-2024 Beer Club will go to new bleachers.

Saturday, August 19th:

9:00-11:00 am: FREE Skills Clinic for HS & College Players at Burr Field

• Calling all high school and college rugby players! Join our Head Coach Tane Jericevich and 3X World Cup Fly Half & Assistant Coach Kurt Morath for a FREE Skills Clinic at Burr Field.

1:00-2:00 pm: Road to the Championship Documentary Debut Screening at Cinépolis NW Austin

• $37.50 includes your movie ticket, a bucket of popcorn and a drink token. 
  • Additional food and drinks available for purchase.
• Note: EXTREMELY LIMITED SEATING! Get your ticket before seats run out! 

6:00-10:00 pm: Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Silent Auction Fundraiser at The Oasis on Lake Travis

• Adults: $75 Children (ages 6-10): $35
• Join us for the highlight of the weekend as we honor ARC legends and induct them into our Hall of Fame. The evening also includes a keynote speaker, banquet dinner (appetizers, fajita dinner & dessert), and silent auction. We will have a cash bar.
• We have incredible silent auction items ranging from jewelry, tickets to Austin entertainment venues, family-friendly gift packages, gift certificates to amazing restaurants, and more!

Sunday, August 20th:

11:00-1:00 pm: Farewell Brunch & Drinks at B.D. Riley’s (Mueller)

• Join us at B.D. Riley's Mueller location for some hair of the dog and brunch as we wrap up the 2023 Hall of Fame Weekend.
