The Coronado Village Elementary PTO  and Ashlee Hayden Photography is excited to announce that we are bringing back our Fall fundraiser, the Harvest Hoedown on October 18, 2024.

The Harvest Hoedown was put on hiatus with Covid but it is time to bring back this town favorite for the 28^th year with a big YEE-HAW. This event is not just open to all 800+ students and families but the entire community; past years seeing more the 2,000+ attendees.  

By bringing back the Harvest Hoedown we are hoping to create a fun, safe opportunity that iscost consideratefor everyone to attend. The afternoon will be filled with games, prizes, music, dancing, crafts, carnival style booths, food, drinks and much more .... We expect a lot of smiles, laughs and memories to be made and are hoping to build off the magic of this community by bringing an event for all to be able to participate in.

Entry to the Harvest Hoedown includes activities like:

-DJ/Line Dancing Instruction (Thank You Village Childcare Network!!)

-Photobooth (Thank You Coronado Fitness Club!!)

-Craft Corner (Thank You Christine Mott and Family!!)

-Yard Games- Pumpkin Bowling, Connect Four, Tic Tac Toe, and more... (Thank You Tractor Beverage Co!!)

Game tickets can be used at the following activities:

 -Petting Zoo, 3 tickets (Thank You WestAir Gases!!)

-Pumpkin Patch, pumpkins vary in cost  (Thank You Brigantine!!)

-Carnival Games, 1 ticket/game (Thank You Ken Pecus, The Pecus Group and the Kimball Family)

-Face Painting, 4 tickets (Thank You Hayley Beard,CFP® Financial Advisor Edward Jones!!)

-Balloon Animals, 3 tickets (Thank You Mida Gage!!)

-Hair Dying, 3 tickets (Thank You Salon Nado!!)

-Cake Walk, 2 tickets  (Thank You Coronado Dance Academy!!)

Blue Bridge Hospitality has graciously offered food at cost and will be donating 50% of profits back to the PTO. Available for purchase is pizza from Village, a BBQ plate and a Vegetarian option from the Islander and MooTime ice cream (all available to pre-order, this helps us know how much food we need) Thank You Blue Bridge!!

Tractor Beverage Co generously donated organically crafted and sustainably sourced drinks, lemonades and punches, where 100% of the sales come back to Village PTO-   Thank You Tractor Beverage Co!!
