Please register each family separately. E.g. if you are bringing another family/couple/friend, please have them register on their own. Multiple tickets per registration are meant for individual family units.

The event will take place in the Ayers meeting room at the library. The hall has a capacity for 100 people. Registration is a must to attend.  Please indicate the activities that you will participate in. All activities are free of any charges. Please note that we will not be serving any single use water bottles. Please bring your own container to use the water fountain at the library.

Your participation greatly helps our mission. Please note that we are not planning to serve water with the food. The library has a water fountain and all participants are requested to bring a water bottle or some other suitable container to fill up. This will save over 100 single use plastic bottles from the waste stream. If you would like to contribute further to our cause, please contact us to become a volunteer, donate or simply talk to your friends and family about our cause! We will greatly appreciate if you could share the event on your social media accounts with a note indicating that you are already registered. That should encourage your colleagues to consider it seriously.
