Welcome to Self Care Sundays, an exclusive wellness ticketed event designed to help you relax, rejuvenate and indulge in some much-needed self-care. 

Taking place on April 16th, this event promises a day of pure bliss and relaxation with a range of exciting activities that are sure to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

To start the day off right, we have a 45-minute workout session led by one of the best yogis in Northern California, Afro Yoga with Angie. She curated a beautiful flow to get your body moving & mind at ease. 

Followed up with the soothing sounds of a Sound Bath by Trapqulity, a unique experience that uses sound therapy to help you release tension and stress. You'll be immersed in a soundscape of healing frequencies that will help you drift into a deep state of relaxation.

Time to get that heart rate up, we've got you covered with a high-energy Zumba class with Angie that's sure to get you dancing and sweating.

The Director of Vibes, DJ STACE LACE will be bringing the noise & adding to the enjoyable atmosphere.

Create your own refreshing and invigorating addition to your shower routine.
