Money Talks Educational Support Services (Money Talks Edu) is a financial literacy advocacy group operating under the umbrella of Everybody Loves Bubbles Workforce Development Agenda, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization established in 2015 to combat socio-economic disparities in underserved communities. The program's inception was inspired by the advice of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, during an NSBA High-Level White House Briefing in 2013.
Money Talks Edu has dedicated years to developing educational tools and applications that inspire financial literacy. Through carefully planned workshops, seminars, and semester-long programs, we successfully piloted the curriculum. Our esteemed partners included the New York Department of Education, Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School, Camden Mastery Charter School, The Juvenile Justice Center, Philadelphia Public Health Management Corporation, Centennial Community Development Corporation, and the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at the Tinicum.
Fueled by the said synergistic partnerships we raised $100,000 in program sales, provided comprehensive personal finance education to over 1000+ students, and facilitated 100+ free, confidential consultations with licensed finance professionals, generating meaningful results.
With that said we invite our esteemed clients, community partners, and sponsors who are equally passionate about promoting financial literacy to participate in our 2024 virtual tournament and fundraiser series, which will be centered around showcasing our latest gamebook and card game from Money Talks Edu. The primary objective of the event is to build brand awareness and increase program enrollment through a series of fundraisers. The tournament promises to offer a comprehensive and enjoyable educational experience for all participants.
