Ticket Policies All Arts HUB shows are general admission seating. All tickets are non-transferable. All ticket sales are final. Cancellation and Refunds All ticket sales with The Arts HUB are final, and no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances. We strongly encourage patrons to plan on arriving at The Arts HUB at least 30 minutes prior to showtime, in order to allow time to find parking and to select their seats. Waitlists In the event that a show is sold out, patrons may put their name on a waitlist. Patrons may call or email the Box Office in advance of showtime to put their name on a waitlist. On the day of the performance, if there are any empty seats due to confirmed no-shows, the Arts HUB House Manager will begin to re-sell those empty seats to people on the waitlist, in the order in which the names were received, starting approximately ten minutes before show time and ending approximately 20 minutes after showtime. Patrons on the waitlist must be physically present at The Arts HUB Facility in order to receive a seat. If you are not present at the time the House Manager begins to re-sell empty seats, your name will be skipped. The Arts HUB will not call patrons on the waitlist, and we will not hold the show for patrons on the waitlist. There is no guarantee that there will be seats available for patrons on the waitlist.
