Martin-Stancil-El, DNP, RN, CNL, who is the Nursing Director for diversity, equity and inclusion at the University of Rochester & CEO of Lyfe Matters LLC. As a woman of color, being in a leadership role, she brings a wealth of clinical expertise and academic rigor to University of Rochester.
