Student Volunteer, Poster Presenter and Student Scholarship Applicants:  Please do not register until you've received confirmation of your acceptance or nonacceptance. Those accepted will be provided a discount code from your conference committee coordinator to utilize at checkout. If you plan to attend the "Happy Hour" Social Event, please purchase ticket(s) in a separate transaction as the discount does not apply to the "Happy Hour" Social Event. 

Sponsors and Workshop Presenters: Please do not register until you've received a discount code from your conference committee coordinator to utilize at checkout. If you plan to attend the "Happy Hour" Social Event and/or purchase CEs, please purchase ticket(s) in a separate transaction as discount does not apply to the "Happy Hour" Social Event or CEs. 

Registration and payment are now integrated into one process!

• You now have the ability to purchase multiple tickets and complete a registration form for each ticket for organizations that want to pay for multiple attendees. You will need all attendees information and their workshop selections to complete the process. 
• Please select your ticket based on your membership status and days you wish to attend the conference. 
• If you require CEs please add 1 CE "ticket" per person needing CEs that you are completing a registration form for. You will be able to note the name and license number(s) of the person requesting CEs per ticket purchased. 
• You will need to select which workshops you are attending per ticket purchased (So for example - if one ticket is for Friday only and another ticket is for Friday and Saturday you will have to fill out details for each ticket and can select different workshops for each ticket purchased, Friday will only provide you with workshop options for Friday while the two day ticket will have options for both days).
• You have the option to donate to Zeffy when you check out. This is not mandatory and you can either select a percentage or write in an amount (amount can be $0). Zeffy is a 100% free fee platform for non-profit organizations which means they do not charge a processing/transaction fee to the organization so your entire purchase goes to IAMFT. You can click here to learn more.
• If you are one of the attendees noted above, please enter your discount code in the discount code box in the Summary section on the checkout page just above the Order box with your itemized purchase and total. 
  • Please Note: Your discount code does not apply to CEs or the Social Event ticket. You will need to purchase these items in a separate transaction without using the discount code.
