Join us for our first farm-to-fire dinner in support and celebration of Earth Day. Seating at Tulsa Farm Lab will be outside, on the heated porch, or inside the greenhouse, depending on the weather. Farm to Fire Menu(choose chicken or vegan option, BYOB) Entree: Beer Braised Spatchcock Chicken, FARMS: Prairie Creek Farm,  Neff (GF) Vegan Entree: Lions Mane Mushroom Steaks (Vegan, GF). FARMS: Tulsa Farm Lab, Oklahoma Mushroom Company.  (Maybe some red wine caps and/or morels as they are usually posing in that time frame on the farm. So good!) Wild Greens Salad:  All the greens (there will be a lot ready to harvest in April), red bud flowers, chickweed, dandelion leaves, plantain, wild onions, radishes, beets, carrots. Lemon Balm, Thyme, Kombucha Vinaigrette (Vegan, GF). FARMS: Tulsa Farm Lab, others TBD Parmesan Encrusted Turnips w/ Micro Arugula (Vegan, GF) FARMS: Tulsa Farm Lab, others TBD Grilled Asparagus marinaded in Balsamic Vinegar, Shallots, Garlic, and Oregano (Vegan, GF) FARMS: Tulsa Farm Lab, others TBD Dessert: Pecans, Honey Popped Amaranth Bars & Sour Cherry Mint Sorbet (Vegan GF).  (May switch fruit depending on availability).
