Teens entering 7th grade thru entering 12th grade will learn the ropes of backstage for those who love theatre but not the spotlight or who want to learn both sides of the production. Camp Lighthouse Technical Theatre Camp is an immersive learning experience for youth who want to learn technical theatre, stage crew, set production, props and costuming and more! Participants will be exposed to aspects of stage management including but not limited to: set building, backstage communication, lighting design, sound production, and helping produce a live performance on Friday at the end of camp.&nbsp; The June session will have the opportunity to crew the Camp Lighthouse&#39;s production of &quot;Space Pirates!&quot; and the July session will be for &quot;OLYMPUS&quot;. SPACE PIRATES!: Pirates! Aliens! Space Travel! Space Pirates tells the story of Gabby, a kid who gets picked on during a school trip to the museum. Everything quickly changes when an alien space ship accidentally beams Gabby and her classmates up to outer space. Things go from bad to worse when the alien space ship is suddenly attacked by SPACE PIRATES! It&rsquo;s only after this whirlwind space adventure that Gabby becomes comfortable in her own skin, and her classmates appreciate her for who she is. OLYMPUS: THE GREEK ROCK MUSICAL: OLYMPUS is a laugh-out-loud rock musical where ancient myths meet modern mischief! The Greek gods, tired of their immortal routines, spark a competition to meddle with mortals and prove who&rsquo;s the greatest greek god of all time. When a group of modern-day cousins set off on a hike to &ldquo;Olympus Overlook,&rdquo; they have no idea they&rsquo;re about to be tested by ancient deities.
