Payment AgreementThis Payment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of today’s date between the legal parent or guardian of the participating camper (the “GUARDIAN”) and Campersand Co. (“C&!”). This Agreement pertains to the tuition portion of the camp. If you choose to stay in the dorms, dorm registration will be available at a later date (likely in May, likely $1400), in accordance with UNM’s operating schedule.<h3>1. Camp Tuition</h3>GUARDIAN and C&! agree that GUARDIAN shall pay a total tuition fee of $1,850 (the “Camp Tuition”) per camper for the 2025 Campersand summer camp.<h3>2. Payment Schedule</h3>The Camp Tuition shall be paid in full or in the following installments:a. A deposit of $700 (the “Deposit”) is due immediately upon signing this Agreement and before March 24, 2025, or within two weeks of receiving the Agreement link via email, whichever is later.b. The remaining balance of $1,150 (the “Remaining Balance”) may be paid immediately or is due on or before April 15, 2025.<h3>3. Late Fees</h3>a. If any payment is not received by C&! on or before its due date, GUARDIAN shall pay a late fee of $300 per camper. b. If payment, including any applicable late fees, is not received within two weeks of the due date, C&! reserves the right to forfeit the camper's spot and offer admission to a student from the waitlist.<h3>4. Cancellation Policy</h3>a. If no payment or financial aid application is received by April 7, 2025 (or within two weeks of due date), C&! reserves the right to retract admission acceptance to admit a student from the waitlist.b.
