Carhartt Yoga

Join Tradeswomen of Maine and Lisa Millette for Carhartt Yoga. This is a 6 week functional series to help support bodies that work in the trades. There is a 7th additional day that will be restorative yoga held at Earth Flow in Rockland. Cost of classes is $10-20 sliding scale-cash, check or Venmo. Please bring a mat (we will try to have extras but cannot guarantee).
