Caring For Your Whole Self&nbsp;Living with health challenges can sometimes make us feel defined by symptoms, limitations, or the parts of ourselves that need attention. In this session, we will explore a different perspective drawn from the yogic tradition: the idea that beneath these changing experiences, there is a deeper wholeness within us that remains intact.Yoga describes this wholeness through several interconnected dimensions of our being: the physical body, our vitality and energy, our thoughts and emotions, our inner wisdom, and our capacity for peace, connection, and joy. Together, we will gently explore ways to care for and nourish each of these dimensions through simple practices, reflection, and shared experience. The session will offer practical tools that can be used in daily life, while also inviting us to reconnect with the sense that we are always more than our symptoms and challenges.&nbsp;
