Learning the art of cartooning classes is for the joy Jorge has for both drawing and teaching His passion for comic books and comic strips.

Jorge has been a professional comic book artist for over 38 years. He has drawn hundreds of comic books and related pages and illustrations. Jorge taught and has spoken at dozens of schools and libraries in both California and Idaho. His biggest speaking and teaching engagements include The Charles Schulz Museum, The Chuck Jones Museum, and teaching two semesters at UCLA’s extension program teaching basic cartooning.

Jorge will be able to share and teach you the passion for the comic book medium. Almost all ages are welcome, not to mention the skill level of the student. The classes will never have more than 8 students, so each student who attends will get Jorge’s undivided attention.
