Her brother, Dustin DeLeon, is the main coordinator of this tournament as golf was one of their favorite pastimes together. We would also like to recognize any registered player's family members they have lost due to heart disease, strokes and diabetes. Teams consist of 4 players, male or female. $500 a team. Includes cart and green fees, and two beverage tickets. There will be multiple prizes and some additional challenges available. Additional donations are gladly accepted to this campaign for heart health and awareness....the biggest prize of all.
