Everything is on Fire: Understanding and Overcoming Burnout in the Workplace
Our speaker will be Megan Wollerton, owner of Life Force Wellness. Megan is a certified personal trainer, health coach, nutrition coach, corporate wellness specialist, positive psychology practitioner, stress management, sleep, and recovery coach. With a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing and a minor in psychology, she has a passion for creating engaging corporate wellness programs that work for both employees and employers.
Megan will discuss work-life balance, integration, and toxic positivity. We'll review the seven (7) life forces, areas of well-being, how they are all connected and where employees struggle the most. Megan will also cover the key issues that lead to employee burnout and ultimately increased absenteeism, healthcare costs, and turnover. We can learn to fight fire with fire as we dive into her BURN model to reduce burnout in the workplace and create an environment where employees can flourish.
