T-shirts for Team Registrations received after the Early Bird Deadline of 8pm Aug 2nd may not be available for pick-up at check-in the day of the event. If your t-shirts are not ready the primary contact will receive an email when the t-shirts are available for pick-up at the American Legion. The American Legion Post 120 is proudly hosting a FULL day of family fun in support of Loudon's Local First Responders. Funds raised by this event will be divided out to Loudon Police and Fire Departments, Loudon EMT, Loudon County Sheriff's Department, and Philadelphia Fire.  What to Expect:The Main Event of the day is a 4-person Team Obstacle Challenge. Teams members will work together to take supplies to a rescue site and help safely get a rescue victim to an evacuation point. The course is designed to give everyone a taste of the type of training our local Heroes go through. TEAM REGISTION EARLY BIRD DUE BY AUG 1st. Each Team Member will receive a general admission wrist-band and an event t-shirt. Team Members do NOT need to purchase a general admission ticket.  Other activities will be happening all day: - Fun Games for Kids- Other competitions (Tug of War, Egg Toss, Corn-hole, etc.)- Check out emergency vehicles including; police cars, firetrucks, ambulances, etc.- Eat great food! Multiple food options available to purchase.- Informational booths for local first responders, recruiting information for the military branches- Drawings and Door Prizes This day will keep you, your friends and family entertained all day long! (Most on-site purchases will be cash-only). Access to GAMES, Competitions, ETC. will require a wrist-band. The on-site cash only Canteen Bar access is 21+ ONLY! Help support this event and Local First Responders by simply purchasing an all access wrist-band for only a $5 donation. We are asking as many people as possible please pre-purchase wrist-bands (Kids 10 and under have free admission), but pre-sales help us determine how much food, drinks, prizes, etc we need to have on hand. Waivers will be available for download prior to the event and it is encouraged to bring the completed form with you to check-in to expedite the process.  The Event Booths will be open at 10am for General Admission. TEAMS are encouraged to arrive at 9:30am for check-in and course orientation.
