10x10 booth September  20 & 21, 2025                               Sat 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Sun 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM                                    By renting a booth you agree to:                                    Set up at the times listed on the Vendor Expectations sheet.                                    Provide your own canopy, with approved weights of minimum 40 lbs per leg, plus tables and chair.                                    ( If you need weights, let us know in advance and we will have something available for $10)                                     Have someone at the display space during hours of sale.                                    Assume responsibility for the collection and payment of any sales tax due.                                    Clean your display space at the close of the show and remove all trash.                                    Hold harmless the Larkspur Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Larkspur for any loss or damage to person or property of the Applicant.                                The Sponsoring Organization reserves the right to have items removed from your space that are not deemed to be acceptable.  Continue to make payment and accept these terms
