The theme is to unplug and sink into being, connecting with yourself and others, relaxing and giving yourself a rest-filled weekend. There will be no scheduled activities, but we will carve time to practice several old and new introspective practices and exercises. This 3-day, 2 night getaway will be held in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania for an intimate group of no more than 5 women.
