Columbia Roller Derby's Uniform Order Form! Welcome to the league, it's time to get your uniform! We require, at minimum, payment of half of your order total prior to adding your information to our form. We place uniform orders on an as-needed basis, monthly at the highest cadence. The production time for Left Turn is long, so the sooner you submit your info, the better. An estimate on production time will be provided after the latest quote has been paid by the league.
