THE COMPETITION STARTS MARCH 3! Need a little incentive to lose weight? Join CDHFH for a 6-week healthy living weight loss challenge.  The winning team will receive their registration fee returned, award, and social media posts.  Rules<ul><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">4 participants per team</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Choose a team captain to record weekly weigh-ins</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">All participants must have a beginning and ending weight (this will be private)</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">The winning team will be calculated by the amount of weight loss pounds</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Initial Weigh in: 3/3/2025</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Last weigh-in/weight sheets due: 4/14/2025</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Weekly weigh-in on Mondays</li></ul> Sportsmanship<ul><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Protect Civility. Social dieting is a wonderful and effective way to help people change their lives and improve their health. We aim to create a supportive environment that’s fun, safe, and uplifting. Like all communities, we run the risk that a few bad apples can ruin the experience for everyone. To this end, we ask our players not just to adhere to the following guidelines of good sportsmanship and decorum but also to help us enforce these standards of civility that bring out the best in us all:</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No intentionally misrepresenting one’s weight.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No playing in bad faith (playing repeatedly in a manner of “hustling”).</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No harassment of players.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No embarrassment of players.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No disclosing confidential information such as the weight of a player.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No posting photos without permission of the subject or photographer.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No gaming of the system by creating multiple accounts, forging weigh-in photos, or attempting to manipulate the weigh-in process.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No business, product, or self-promotion posts in the games.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No nudity.</li></ul> Prohibited Actions The following actions are prohibited:<ul><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Diet supplements</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Binging </li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Purging (self-induced vomiting).</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Excessive dehydration.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Engaging in weight-loss medical procedures during the Healthy Habitaters Challenge </li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">No unsportsmanlike behaviors.</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">Tampering with the measurement reported by the scale.</li></ul>
