Exhibitors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.  For everyone's safety, every tent must be secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weight on each tent leg. Failure to provide proper tent weights may result in closure of your booth by the Fire Marshal. No refunds will be issued for noncompliance.  ElectricityElectricity is available only if requested with your application.<ul><li>Additional fee: $50.</li><li>Maximum service: 20 amps.</li><li>Electrical requests must be submitted before the application deadline.</li><li>No electrical connections will be added during the event.</li><li>Vendors must supply their own heavy-duty extension cords appropriate for their electrical needs. </li></ul>Health &amp; Fire Inspections Before opening on Saturday, the Wallingford Health Department and Fire Marshal will inspect the event grounds. While security is provided, neither the Town of Wallingford nor Wallingford Center Inc. is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own equipment and valuables. Vendor CommitmentAccepted vendors are expected to participate for the entire two-day event. Booths must remain open during all event hours. Vendors may not begin dismantling their booths before 5:00 PM on Sunday unless prior approval has been granted by the Celebrate Committee. Failure to remain for the duration of the event may affect eligibility for future participation. Participants must agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of Celebrate Wallingford as contained herein, as well as all laws, ordinances, codes, and orders enforced by various Town of Wallingford and State of Connecticut agencies, such as Health, Sanitation, Electrical, Fire, and Police. These rules and regulations may be modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements and orders of the overseeing agencies. Participants who do not adhere to these rules and regulations will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be provided. Setup Vendor setup times will be determined and emailed in September. All vehicles must be removed from the festival area by 9:00 AM on Saturday. Some booth spaces may not be accessible by vehicle. Vendors are encouraged to bring hand trucks or carts to transport merchandise. Additional setup instructions will be emailed in September. BreakdownAt the close of each day, vehicles will not be permitted into the event area until the Wallingford Police Department determines it is safe to reopen the streets. On Sunday, all booths must be completely removed and the area cleaned by 6:30 PM. Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and debris from their booth space.
