Most dancers use their body to tell the story&hellip;this week, you&#39;ve got backup! Welcome to the most hands-on dance experience of your summer.&nbsp;Over five days, you&#39;ll learn the art of prop choreography; where a hat becomes a character, a chair becomes a stage, and a ribbon becomes a whole entire mood. This is a dance camp with an edge. You&#39;ll work like a real choreographer, making decisions, solving problems, and creating pieces that hit differently because every single element is intentional. By the end of the week, you&rsquo;ll have learned multiple ways to use your &lsquo;backup&rsquo; and extension to body movement.&nbsp; Prop choreography is one of the most underrated skills in a dancer&#39;s toolkit. Beyond the cool factor, it develops spatial awareness, musicality, timing, and creative decision-making in ways that traditional technique training simply can&#39;t. Dancers will leave with a piece they built and the confidence they unveiled! Dates: August 24th - 28thTimes: 10am-4pm daily
