LXCL:CS GREEN is open to all interested participants ages 6-12. Classes and activities will center in creative dramatics, a more process-driven, non-competitive form of theatre arts that features: • dramatic play • improvisation • pantomime • puppetry • process drama • creative movement • storytelling • stagecrafts • experimentation with scenery, costumes, props, and technical elements • experimentation with performance (acting, singing, dance) • participation in showcases or productions Fall Session:

LXCL:CS ORANGE is an audition-only group open to ages 10-17. Classes and activities will center on rehearsal, performance, and production of theatre, with emphasis on showcasing work and theatre-making and opportunities to engage in critical response and competition. Activities might include: • monologues • scenes • solo/group musical numbers • design, technical theatre, and stage management • showcase performances • full show production • theatre competitions and festivals Fall Session:

Join us for another semester of Center Stagers classes with the Johnson Center For The Arts and Troy University Department of Theater! This partnership is sponsored by the Alabama State Council on the Arts, the Chapman Foundation and Troy Bank &amp; Trust. Center Stagers is theater education and fun but builds foundational social skills of confidence, creativity, and problem-solving ability. The classes may help a reserved child to come out of their shell, but it is also a great outlet for your dramatic child who loves to be in the spotlight! Auditions will be held on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 from 3:45-5:30pm at The Studio (303 E Walnut St, Troy, AL) for those who would like to participate in Orange Ensemble (10+). Orange Ensemble, ages 10-18 (Tuesdays 3:45-5:30). Sep 15- Nov 3. (8 weeks)Green Ensemble, ages 6-12, (Thursdays 3:45-5:00). Sep 17- Nov 5.
