Eligibility

• Bidding is open to Florida residents 21 or older only.
• Bidders must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under federal, state, and local law. By placing a bid, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Prize Transfer

• The winner will receive the rifle in person following the tournament.
• The winner must present a valid Florida driver’s license or ID and a valid Florida concealed weapons license, and sign a bill of sale confirming eligibility.
• Winners without a Florida concealed weapons license will complete the transfer through a licensed FFL dealer, including a background check. [Transfer fee covered by Central Florida Pride / paid by winner.]
• The rifle will remain cased and will not be displayed on the course.
• Central Florida Pride reserves the right to refuse transfer to anyone who does not meet these requirements. If the winning bidder is ineligible, the rifle will be offered to the next highest bidder and the winning bid will be refunded.
