LXCL:Did you know? *The average cost of a library bound book - built sturdier than typical store-bought books and designed to withstand hundreds of readings - is about $21 each. *Typical store-bought books need to be reinforced with additional supplies to make them suitable for library circulation. *You can choose to donate more than one BBC book per student!

Birthday Book Club Donation

On behalf of the Cerritos Elementary Educational Foundation, we are excited to invite your student to participate in Cerritos Elementary&#39;s Birthday Book Club (BBC) program. Established in 1989, the BBC has played a key role in adding thousands of new library bound books to our school library. You can honor your child&rsquo;s birthday by purchasing a book from a specially curated selection by Mrs. Green, our school librarian, to be donated to the Cerritos Elementary Library.<p fr-original-style="color: rgba(0,0,0,var(--O42jJQ,1)); caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); --8sD0Kg: none; font-family: YAFdtQi73Xs_0, _fb_, auto; --cyV3ZQ: 15.3333px; --gJPlXQ: 1.08; letter-spacing: 0.008em; text-transform: none; --s8NbEA: p; line-height: 16px;" style="color: rgba(0,0,0,var(--O42jJQ,1)); caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); --8sD0Kg: none; font-family: YAFdtQi73Xs_0, _fb_, auto; --cyV3ZQ: 15.3333px; --gJPlXQ: 1.08; letter-spacing: 0.008em; text-transform: none; --s8NbEA: p; line-height: 16px; margin: 0px; width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"> During our monthly BBC celebration, your child will be welcomed by our dedicated volunteer team, choose a book to donate and personalize a commemorative bookplate to place inside the book.
