Beginner Cheer Tumbling Our Beginner Cheer Tumbling class is designed to build a strong foundation for every athlete. This class focuses on developing proper technique, body control, strength, flexibility, and confidence through safe, progressive instruction. Athletes will learn and refine fundamental tumbling skills including: Forward and backward rollsHandstandsCartwheelsBridges and bridge kickovers (when ready)Basic body positions and shapesBalance, coordination, and spatial awareness Coaches will emphasize correct technique, body control, and skill progressions to create safe habits that prepare athletes for more advanced tumbling in the future. Whether your athlete is brand new to tumbling or needs to strengthen their fundamentals, this class provides the perfect starting point for long-term success. Recommended for: Athletes with little to no tumbling experience or those looking to improve their foundational skills.
