As a Game Night Host, your name will be prominently displayed on our event materials as well as in the Trailhead’s Annual Report. Your support will increase the impact of our Cheers to Childhood Happy Hour and directly fuel play-based learning, creativity, and resources that Trailhead families count on.  

Game Night Hosts will receive: 

• 8 Individual Tickets to Share with Family and Friends
• • Each ticket includes 4 hours of childcare, heavy appetizers from Crested Butte favorite, The Breadery, beer, wine, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages, and the opportunity to team up for a friendly competition. 
• Recognized as a co-host of the Cheers to Childhood Happy Hour
• Recognized as an essential Trailhead Children’s Museum supporter in the 2026 Annual Report. 
• Recognized as an essential Trailhead Children's Museum supporter in a thank you letter to the Crested Butte News.

Your ticket includes:

• 4 hours of childcare, from 5-9 pm. Children must be potty trained. Pizza dinner for children included.
• The Breadery charcuterie, salads, and flatbreads.
• Wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Entry into a special giveaway.

This sponsorship level is for those who are unable to attend, but who believe in building a strong foundation for the Trailhead Children's Museum. Help us create our game board for a long and joy filled future by joining Game Night as a Game Board Sponsor. $250 provides a day of camp for children who are in need of financial support, and provides them with the essential benefits of art and play, and sets them up for a healthy and happy life. Game Board Sponsors will be recognized by name at the Game Night event and on event print materials.
