Celebrate the coming of the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse&nbsp;with a catered dinner sponsored by Northwest VEG. This banquet will be held in the central Beaverton area, and is limited to 20 attendees. The menu will include:&nbsp; o &nbsp;Appetizer: assorted braised tofu and tofu family food&nbsp; o &nbsp;Daikon soup with other vegetables&nbsp; o &nbsp;Sauteed yam noodles, with vegetables and gluten-free&nbsp;protein&nbsp; o &nbsp;Sweet and sour soy chunks, with bell peppers&nbsp; o &nbsp;Asparagus sauteed with ginkgo, mushrooms, and vegan ham&nbsp; o &nbsp;Assorted mushroom and Chinese broccoli
