Join us as Quarryville Library Center celebrates its 50th Anniversary and honors Chris and Deb Waite at our inaugural Honors Reception. Chris and Deb have spent their lives learning, traveling, serving, and giving back. Both are U.S. Navy veterans who met while stationed at a NATO Air Base in Sicily. Since moving to Lancaster County in 2005, they have generously shared their time and talents with Quarryville Library Center and our community. Their story also has a special connection to libraries. Deb received her first library card at age 14 and credits that moment with beginning a lifelong love of reading, learning, and travel&mdash;a love that she and Chris continue to share today. Please join us as we celebrate their service and contributions to our library and community.
