Each gathering may include guided group discussion, educational topics, resource sharing, guest speakers, and supportive wellness practices such as gentle movement, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, grounding, and nervous system regulation. Throughout the year, we will also welcome integrative and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, functional medicine providers, mental health professionals, patient advocates, wellness practitioners, and community organizations to share their knowledge and provide education on topics relevant to the chronic illness community.
