Join Mando Rayo, taco journalist, author, podcaster, and co-creator of United Tacos of America, for a private Austin taco tour for you and up to 3 friends or family members, celebrating the food, people, stories, and traditions that make Austin’s taco culture so special.

Mando will personally curate and lead 3–4 guests to three standout Austin taco spots: Veracruz All Natural, whose famed migas taco was named by Food Network among the five best tacos in America; Ensenada, the family-run East Austin favorite known for its Baja-style seafood tacos; and Paprika, recently named to The New York Times' 2026 list of the 50 Best Restaurants in America.

Along the way, Mando will share the stories behind the food and the people, traditions, and communities that have shaped Austin and Texas taco culture. Drawing on years of documenting taco culture across Texas and beyond, he brings together food, history, and storytelling for an experience that goes well beyond a typical taco crawl.

The experience also includes a copy of one of Mando’s books for the winning bidder.
