Before a vessel can be filled, it is gently emptied. This November, a small circle gathers in a mountain house in the Green Mountains of Vermont for Clearing the Vessel &mdash; three days of the real, tender work of emptying what is not love: clearing shadow, restoring the core self, and softening old grief, held in a field of love and taught as craft.This is a training, not a retreat, and never an ordeal. Over three days you&#39;ll practice the real skills of this work in a small, cohort-rooted circle &mdash; everything you learn, you can live by and bring to those you serve. The work is deep; the container is love. You&#39;ll leave more resourced than you came. By invitation, a few seats open the Helix Training Program cohort to this immersion &mdash; a deep community dedicated to world-work and the whole human spirit, where spiritual formation and psychological development walk as one. What we&#39;ll practice: Opening Ceremony &amp; Womb/Hara Meditation &middot; Shadow Work &middot; Somatic Energy Integration (Chinese Shen, the Rainbow Bridge light-body &amp; Hawaiian Huna) &middot; Drum Journey &amp; Vision Art &middot; Phoenix Fire Ceremony &middot; Process &amp; Closing Circles. (The practice is a living offering &mdash; subject to change as spirit wills.)
