Enjoy a make your own waffle bar with all the toppings you can imagine. While you eat, be entertained with a rousing debate between Regulator George Simms (portrayed by historian Mark Pace) and Margaret Wake Tryon (portrayed by OCHM Exhibits and Programs Coordinator Courtney Smith. They will argue the two sides of the Regulator Movement that occured in North Carolina from 1766 to 1771.&nbsp; All proceeds from this event support the Orange County Historical Museum&#39;s exhibits, programs, and operations.&nbsp;
