We&rsquo;re excited to host your event and appreciate your support of our community programs.📍 Important Information<ul data-end="947" data-start="563" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="668" data-start="563" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Key Pickup: There is a key to the community building located in a lock box.This is behind the cinderblock column at the glass door (main entrance) behind the flag pole.&nbsp;</li><li data-end="772" data-start="669" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Key Return: After your event, place the key in back into the lock box and secure.&nbsp;</li><li data-end="947" data-start="773" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Lock Code:The Code to the lock box is 1980</li></ul>🧹 Before You Leave<ul data-end="1258" data-start="974" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="1024" data-start="974" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Ensure all doors are locked when finished.</li><li data-end="1194" data-start="1025" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Clean the facility &mdash; sweep, mop, wipe down kitchen surfaces, and remove all trash (including restroom bins) to the dumpster on the left side of the building.</li><li data-end="1258" data-start="1195" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Leave the room in the same condition as when you arrived.</li></ul>🚭 Building Rules<ul data-end="1486" data-start="1283" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="1359" data-start="1283" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">No alcohol and no smoking are allowed inside or on the premises.</li><li data-end="1428" data-start="1360" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Do not tape, staple, or fasten anything to the walls or ceiling.</li><li data-end="1486" data-start="1429" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The bay area, offices, and day room are off-limits.</li></ul>🧾 Need Help?If you encounter any mechanical or facility issues during your rental, please contact squad personnel using the number provided on your rental confirmation email or business card.
